We will explore comfort measures beforehand, like good counter-pressure techniques and best shapes for you to get in to help benefit baby's passage. I am also prepared to explore and support the many moods brought upon you by the experience of labor and birth.

Postpartum Support
Immediate postpartum support 1–2 hours after birth. I will center the Womban with any need to support her immediate postpartum wellness. 3+ postpartum appointments in which we can review my notes from the birth and focus on rest, as well as recovery resources.
If you do not have the technical logic of labor all figured out, I am here to learn with you every step of the way. I will, of course, serve as your knowledge guide on delivery day, but we will do some prenatal planning beforehand, as well as discuss your birth preferences to provide you with all of the relevant knowledge you may need for your experience.
